Treasury Associate

What will you do?

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury team
• Coordinate the implementation of new bank structures, services and controls processes
• Assist in optimum capital structure and capital flows
• Manage bank accounts, handle Bank Relationship Management, Bank compliance issues, and negotiations of bank services
• Assist in our global cash management processes including short-term and long-term funding strategies
• Works closely with finance teams to optimize and streamline funding
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

What does a successful candidate look like?

• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of Treasury experience is a plus ; fresh graduate will be considered too
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast- paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
