Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for updating and maintaining customer data to ensure database information is accurate and up-to-date
- Contact potential customers by phone, conduct preliminary communication and understand their needs
- Execute outbound calling tasks, proactively develop new customers and introduce related market promotion services of the company
- Record the results of each customer contact and track the progress of subsequent interactions
- Assist the marketing department to complete other related administrative and support work
Work requirements
- Have basic Chinese writing skills, able to clearly record customer information
- Clear speech, good telephone communication skills and coping ability
- Responsibility, able to complete designated outbound calls and data updates on time
- Willing to learn basic market promotion knowledge, adapt to repetitive but goal-oriented work mode
- Applicants with customer service or phone contact experience are preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
