Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation work before the restaurant opens, including setting up tableware, cleaning the table surface, and tidying up the environment
Greet customers warmly and politely, guide them to their seats and provide them with menus
Proficiently take customer orders and handle beverage requests, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to the kitchen
Quickly complete serving, changing plates, and cleaning used tables during the busy lunch hour
Assist with the checkout process, answer basic customer inquiries, and enhance the dining experience

Work requirements

Have basic Cantonese communication skills, able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
Preference will be given to those with service industry experience, those without experience will receive training
Positive work attitude, able to adapt to the fast-paced environment during the midday rush
Punctual and responsible, paying attention to personal appearance and hygiene
Can be adjusted to fit shift schedules, working at least 3-4 days per week
