Product Manager (Chinese and Korean) - SaaS Platform (Japanese work)

Job Description

We are recruiting a product manager with Chinese and Korean language skills, responsible for driving the development of our SaaS platform in South Korea and international markets.

The position will connect product, business and customer needs, responsible for product planning, requirement analysis and function landing, ensuring that the product can continuously enhance customer value and support business growth.

Main responsibilities

1. Product strategy and planning

• Develop a product roadmap and align it with business goals

• According to market demand, propose product features and optimization directions

• Prioritization of requirements based on business value and impact

2. Customer and market analysis

• Collect and analyze B2B customer (especially Korean customers) feedback

• Translate business requirements into product features

• Identify product issues and propose optimization solutions

3. Cross-departmental collaboration

• Collaborate with technical and design teams to advance product development

• Write requirement documents and product specifications

• Ensure project delivery on time

4. Product optimization and growth

• Track product data and key indicators

• Continuously optimize product features and user experience

• Support product growth strategy

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Korean and Chinese

• 3–6 years of product manager experience (SaaS preferred)

• Familiar with B2B products and customer demand-driven development

• Have technical team collaboration experience

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Acceptable to work in Japan

• Have SaaS, game or internet platform experience

• Familiar with B2B and B2C product modes

• Data-driven product experience (A/B testing, etc.)

• Have international team experience
