Trade Business Manager - Rare Metals

Duties:
1. Responsible for global procurement and sales of various rare metals, ensuring supply chain stability and profits;
2. Monitor market dynamics, analyze price trends, and develop procurement and sales strategies;
3. Supply chain management. Manage supply chain processes to ensure goods are delivered on time, of high quality, and in the right quantity. Work closely with logistics, warehousing and transportation teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs;
4. Risk management. Follow up on customer payments, and mitigate exchange rate and default risks.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in rare metals and mineral trade;
2. Proficient in the entire import and export process, familiar with Hong Kong's offshore trade operations;
3. English can be used as a working language (business negotiation, email writing);
4. Able to independently analyze market trends;

6. Prior experience in futures trading is preferred;
7. Hold a Hong Kong identity or valid work visa;
8. Open salary for negotiation, welcome individuals or teams with their own industry resources to contact, and a customized special incentive scheme can be designed.
