Marketing & Customer Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and engage clients in core activities
To develop financial planning business and expand the company’s existing customer network in both Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area
To implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve business targets
To provide excellent customer services and professional advice to the clients
Forecasts and analysis of fund products and performance
Determine the high-profitable segments and able to share with clients
Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios
Identify and recommend the high profitable segments
By meeting defined goals and objectives, ensuring the result solution benefits the client
