UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product user interface design and iterative optimization based on product positioning, prototype requirements, and team design standards to improve product usability, visual quality, and overall user experience.

2. Collaborate with product, R&D, and relevant stakeholders to deliver standardized visual assets, design components, and operational materials; proficiently use AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creative expression.

3. Continuously research industry competitors and visual design trends, combined with product data and user feedback, to propose well-founded UI optimization plans and lead or deeply participate in the execution and implementation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.

2. 3+ years of experience in UI design for internet products, familiar with all types of design work including interfaces, component libraries, and operational visuals; experience in financial industry or Fintech product design is preferred.

3. Possess full-lifecycle experience in UI design for 0-1 products, capable of independently or leading the entire process from requirement analysis and visual interaction design to implementation follow-up.

4. Proficient in design specifications for mainstream mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web platforms; familiar with UI characteristics and adaptation logic for each platform.

5. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other mainstream design software; continuously monitor the development of AI design tools such as Nano Banana, Jimeng (Dreamina), Stitch, etc., and be able to apply them in a work environment.
