Quality Control Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Execute quality inspections on products at various production stages, including raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. This includes testing and validation.

• Participate in the quality control of the product design stage, provide quality assurance advice, and prevent potential design defects.

• Analyze the quality abnormalities found in the inspection process, identify the root cause and coordinate with relevant departments to propose improvement measures.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining quality management system files to ensure that all inspection records are complete and meet customer and internal audit requirements.

Work requirements

• High school or college degree, with a background in quality management, industrial engineering or related STEM fields, is preferred.

• Familiar with basic quality inspection tools and methods, such as measurement instrument use, appearance judgment standards and inspection process planning.

• Have basic problem analysis skills, and be able to use fishbone diagrams, 5WHY, etc. to investigate quality abnormalities.

• Good communication skills, able to effectively coordinate with production, engineering and procurement units to push for the implementation of quality improvement measures.
