Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive supervision of all lifting operations on site to ensure that the work process complies with safety regulations and operating standards
  • Coordinate lifting equipment, personnel and related support units to ensure effective resource allocation and immediate availability
  • Review lifting plans and work schedules, and provide on-site technical guidance and risk assessment for high-risk operations
  • Perform pre-operation safety checks to ensure that cranes, rigging, signaling systems, etc. are in good condition
  • Instantly handle on-site emergencies and, if necessary, stop unsafe work to ensure personnel and equipment safety

Work requirements
  • Have relevant engineering or electromechanical field professional background, with at least three years of on-site lifting and installation management experience
  • Familiar with the operating principles and load calculation methods of various lifting equipment, able to read and interpret lifting drawings and technical documents
  • Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with operators, engineers and safety management units
  • Emphasize details and safety culture, and be able to stay calm and make the right judgment in a high-pressure environment
