Terminal real-time delivery operations supervisor

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>2. Optimize delivery resources, coordinate area-based operational specialists and delivery personnel to complete door-to-door delivery tasks, and reduce overall delivery costs;</p><p>3. Process consumer experiences and complaints, adjust operations strategies accordingly, and enhance delivery experiences;</p><p>4. Regularly output operation data analysis report, provide optimization suggestions for door-to-door delivery business.​<br>Job Requirements</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with 3 years or above of labor and human resources management experience in food delivery platforms, on-demand delivery, logistics, and express delivery are preferred;</p><p>2. Flexible thinking, good at event planning and resource integration, with cross-departmental communication and execution ability;</p><p>3. Excellent cross-team collaboration and complex project management skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good data analysis ability.​</p>
