Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily financial accounting, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation, to ensure accurate and timely accounting

• Monthly preparation of financial statements (such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements), and assistance in completing quarterly and annual financial reports

• Support internal audit and external accounting work, prepare the necessary documents and data, and cooperate with the audit process to ensure its smooth execution

• Handling tax-related matters, including preparation for profit tax declaration, salary tax information organization, and tax compliance review

Work requirements

• Hold a high diploma or associate degree in accounting, finance or related fields, with a basic understanding of accounting theory and practice

• Applicants with 1 to 3 years of local financial accounting or auditing experience, familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and company regulations, are preferred.

• Proficient in mainstream accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (including basic functions and data sorting)

• Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate and write documents in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English on a daily basis

• Careful and responsible, with independent work ability and time management awareness, and able to complete monthly statements and reports within the specified time limit
