Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily reception work of the company, including the registration of visiting customers, identity verification, guidance and basic consultation services, and presenting a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage meeting room reservation system, coordinate usage time, and complete basic site preparation (such as equipment inspection, drinking water replenishment, and environmental cleaning) before the meeting.
- Provide common business consultation to members, assist in simple service processes (such as data query, temporary certificate pickup, etc.), and enhance customer satisfaction and experience continuity.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the lobby, waiting area, and other public spaces for their cleanliness, orderliness, and beauty, ensuring that the corporate image remains at a professional level.
Work requirements
- Have excellent manners and affinity, natural and sincere smile, and the ability to actively create a warm and trusting service atmosphere.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, can use basic English for daily conversations (such as greetings, directions, simple responses), with no language communication barriers.
- Proficient in Windows operating system, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office equipment (printer, copier, telephone system, etc.).
- Accept flexible shift arrangements, including weekend shifts, with good time management skills and team collaboration awareness.
