Bread baker - Yuen Long factory (Ref No.: BB/0303/26)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bread production and other matters, responsible for making frozen shaped dough, pressing, fermentation, baking, and processing;

• Responsible for operating production machines, daily equipment, and keeping tools clean and hygienic.

• Assist in production file recording, inventory and supply management, monthly inventory.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of bread making experience.

• Preference will be given to those with experience in making frozen shaped dough, crumbly products, and filling.

Working hours

• 7 am to 5:30 pm, working 9.5 hours a day

• Work 6 days a week, rotating shifts
