Support the daily operations of the Erba Migina brand, from online product management and community maintenance to offline exhibition support, becoming a flexible "multi-functional bridge" in the team.
Core Responsibilities
1. Simple visual processing: Use tools (such as Canva) to create simple promotional images or adjust product photos.
2. Platform data management: Responsible for product listing (official website or e-commerce platform), ensuring that specifications, images, and descriptions are accurate.
3. Social media daily operations: Manage daily posts on Threads, IG, FB, write copy that aligns with your brand positioning, reply to simple comments, and keep your account active.
4. Chinese and English translation: Translate product descriptions, notifications or community posts from Chinese to English and ensure the tone fits the brand.
5. Exhibition event execution: Assist in preparing exhibition materials, and provide on-site assistance during the event (such as reception, product introduction, and on-site miscellaneous tasks).
6. Assist in collecting and sorting market data, handling samples or liaising with suppliers, etc.
Position requirements:
2. Familiar with overseas social media (Instagram, Facebook, Threads ecosystem); Have basic word processing and simple graphic design tools experience, and have aesthetic for high-end skincare brands.
3. Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English (including reading and writing), proactive communication, and able to handle basic translation work.
4. Can handle different types of tasks simultaneously.
5. Able to quickly get familiar with new systems or tools.
6. Outgoing and proactive: Not afraid to communicate with others, especially during the exhibition period, you can actively help.
7. Stability: Able to work fixed days per week (such as specific days, how many days), and flexible scheduling during peak periods and exhibitions.
