Technical Operations Intern

Employment type: Internship (can work 2*3 days per week, full-time/part-time can be negotiated, and can be flexibly adjusted according to your course schedule)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated technical operations intern to join our team. This position will provide you with valuable opportunities to participate in online system management, performance optimization, and exposure to some development work.

Main responsibilities:

*Development support: Develop and optimize system application performance, and assist in troubleshooting problems.

*Fault response: Participate in monitoring and alarming processing, assist in basic fault elimination and cause analysis.

*Document writing: Create and maintain system configuration, operation procedures and fault handling guides in documents.

Requirements:

*Education: Currently enrolled or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

*Technical skills:

*Have a basic understanding of the operating system.

*At least master one scripting language (Python, Shell, etc.).

*Understand database fundamentals (MySQL, Redis, etc.).

*Language: Have good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English (with Cantonese being even better).

*Attitude: Have strong analysis and problem-solving skills, strong learning ability, and be able to work independently.
