Main responsibilities:
· With professional knowledge of picture books, search and purchase high-quality children's books
· Plan and organize in-store and outdoor activities (such as story sharing sessions, parent-child workshops) and campus book fairs to promote literacy
· Responsible for daily operations of the store, including sales, in-store displays, and handling quotes and invoices for administrative work
· Provide professional book selection advice to parents and school customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships
· Assist in social media content promotion and sales activities
Requirements:
· In-depth understanding and unique insights into picture books, and a love of reading
· Have extensive experience in book retail management or sales, those with event planning experience are preferred
· Able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and write fluently
· Strong communication and organizational skills, able to handle retail operations independently
· Proactive, responsible, and eager to interact with parents and children
· Familiar with computer operations (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese and English typing
