Quality Control Assistant

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assist the routine on-line and finished food products labeling check to implement ISO 22000 and HACCP requirement
• Perform daily hygiene inspection and monitor daily operation
• Assist in maintaining food safety documentation and record keeping (e.g. Update working instruction, record verification)
• Equipment calibration and regular sampling
• Assist in preparing products’ labels based on local regulatory requirements to ensure labeling are regulatory compliance
• Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Form 5/ HKDSE or above
• 1 year relevant experience in quality control of food industry is preferable.
• Hard-working, initiative, self-motivated and able to workindependently
• Goodcommunication skills
• Proficient in Chinese Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome
