Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer-Treasury

Job Description

•Carry out daily treasury operations including handling deposit placement, loan administration, foreign exchange, executing inter- account transfer transactions.

• Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements.

• Review/Maintain payment vouchers in accordance to internal procedures.

• Monitor cash flows and prepare funding plans.

• Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.

• Provide other administrative support and maintain filing system to the team as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree with at least 2 year's banking, treasury or account related working experience.

• Previous experience in bank operations, treasury function is an advantage.

•Strong analytical and coordination skills.

•Independent, be able to meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.

•Familiar with Microsoft Office is a MUST, preferably with SAP experience.

• Immediately available or short notice will be an advantage.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Accounting Officer".
