3. Employee Requirements
- Character and Competence: Possess a correct outlook on values, life, and the world. Have a good understanding of national foreign - affairs policies, official reception etiquette, and cross - cultural communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Be proficient in both Chinese and English, with translation - level oral English skills. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred. Those with work experience in English customer service, etiquette reception, exhibition translation, front - desk service, etc., will be given priority.
- Local Tourism Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of local tourism and sightseeing, and be able to provide customized and specific travel advice to tourists.
- Sales - Oriented and Analytical Skills: Have a sales - oriented mindset, as well as basic report - writing and data - analysis abilities.
