Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations of the store, including product display, replenishment and inventory management, ensuring that goods are complete, displayed neatly and in order;
Handle cash register operations, familiar with electronic cash register systems, accurately complete payment, change, invoice issuance, and return/exchange processes;
Keep the store environment clean and hygienic, regularly clean shelves, trial devices and public areas, and maintain a good shopping experience;
Support and data recording according to the store manager's instructions (such as sales feedback, customer comments) and temporary assignments.

Work requirements

Have fluent Cantonese communication skills, Mandarin or English
Attitude is friendly and proactive, with a service awareness and team spirit, and able to adapt to the retail industry rhythm and different customer needs;
Punctual and reliable, can be scheduled to work on weekends, public holidays and evenings, providing at least 12-24 hours of work per week;
Have basic computer operations skills (such as inputting data, checking emails), and be willing to learn store system operations and product knowledge.
