Accounting Clerk(Five days work)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping work, including recording and verification of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Organize and update general accounting records to ensure clear and accurate accounting
• Perform financial data input and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Regularly visit the bank to handle company account deposits and withdrawals and other related transactions
• Handle employee salary calculations, ensure timely and correct payment, and follow up on customer payment reminders

Work requirements

• Second 5 or above, with 1 to 2 years of accounting-related work experience
• Familiar with basic accounting knowledge, able to handle daily accounting procedures independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data processing and report creation
• Have Chinese typing skills, be able to read and write Chinese documents fluently
• Good Cantonese communication skills, general Mandarin and basic English reading and writing abilities, and a little understanding of English word processing
