Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily patrols and safety inspections within the property, ensuring good public area order and normal facility operation.
- Monitor closed-circuit television systems (CCTV) and alarm devices, and report any abnormalities immediately and take appropriate measures.
- Provide basic customer service, including guiding visitors, assisting residents and recording complaints or special items.
Work requirements
- Applicants with relevant experience will be given priority.
- Have good communication skills, be able to interact with residents, visitors and colleagues in a polite manner.
- Strong body, able to adapt to shift work, night shift and long hours of standing.
- Have basic emergency response and crisis management skills, and be able to remain calm and report accurately in the event of a sudden situation.
- Understand basic computer operations and be able to use electronic systems to record patrol points, fill out daily reports, etc.
