（Hong Kong + Macau）Area Manager

[Job Position] This position is a substitute position, and the employer is a well-known domestic gold retail chain brand. The position requires at least 5 years of retail chain industry work experience, of which at least 2 years are regional management or large store manager experience, and have managed no less than 3-5 stores

Duties:

4. Supervise the goods inventory, allocation and safety management of stores in the region, and be responsible for accounts receivable follow-up and cost control, etc. financial management, participate in inventory analysis and goods structure optimization.

5. Responsible for the selection, training and evaluation of store managers and core sales personnel within the region, guiding store managers to conduct daily personnel management and training, building a sustainable talent pipeline, and improving team overall execution.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the jewelry retail chain industry, including at least 2 years of regional management or large-scale flagship store management experience, and having managed no less than 3 to 5 stores.

2. Familiar with the Hong Kong and Macau retail market environment, shopping district characteristics and channel resources, with local shopping mall and property owner network; those with successful new store expansion or opening project experience are given priority.

3. Have good goal management and data analysis skills, and be able to drive operational decisions with data; familiar with the standardized operating system of the store, and be able to effectively improve the service quality and operating efficiency of the store.

4. Have good business acumen and resource integration ability, and be able to independently push forward new store expansion and key project implementation; at the same time, have excellent communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills, and be able to properly handle multiple relationships.

5. Able to adapt to the high-frequency business trips to the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, with good professional ethics and team management awareness.
