Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist with kitchen daily operations, including food processing, cleaning and preparation work
Prepare sauces and seasonings according to standard procedures to ensure consistent quality
Assist the chef in the preliminary cooking and ingredient pairing of the dishes
Keep the work area clean and hygienic, and follow food safety guidelines

Work requirements

No experience required, willing to learn cooking skills from the bottom up
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and be able to understand work instructions
Hard-working, responsible, and able to adapt to high-pressure and high-temperature environments
Pay attention to personal hygiene and food safety, and follow kitchen rules
Can be adjusted to shift times, including holidays or peak attendance
