Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to support early-stage customer engagement and solution design

  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and architectures

  • Prepare presales materials including Solution Decks, Proposals, Scope documents, and preliminary estimates

  • Participate in product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations

  • Coordinate internal technical teams (AEM / Salesforce / CMS / CDP, etc.) for solution definition

  • Assist customers with platform evaluation and selection (CRM, CMS, E-commerce, DAM, Marketing Automation)

  • Support RFP / Tender projects (requirements clarification, technical responses, architecture design)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Presales / Solution Consultant / Digital Consultant

  • Familiar with at least one enterprise platform area:

    • CMS (e.g., AEM / Magnolia / Magento)

    • CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

    • CDP / Marketing Automation / DAM

  • Strong ability to conduct structured business & technical discovery sessions

  • Able to clearly communicate solution value and implementation approach

  • English proficiency for business use (reading & writing required; speaking preferred)

  • Experience in system integration or digital transformation projects is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RFPs or large enterprise projects

  • Technical background (Frontend / Backend / Marketing Technology)

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce ecosystem
