1. Terminal model marketing and key node operation: Responsible for implementing the model marketing strategy at the terminal store, coordinating the national unified retail market activities such as new car launches, closing orders, and auto shows, and outputting guidance manuals;
2. Regional/store market activity management: Set standards for online and offline market promotion activities at the regional and store levels, and conduct review and closed-loop management in the stages of activity concept design, material coordination and execution, and activity post-mortem;
3. Terminal brand image and display standard management: Responsible for brand image control at the store end, unify the display standard on the online platform, implement standardized management of offline display, display and promotional materials to enhance terminal experience consistency;
4. Supplier and materials management: Manage event materials and external suppliers (construction, exhibition, stage, gifts, etc.), ensure delivery quality and cost control;
5. Market insight and competitive product monitoring: Continuously track industry trends, competitive product marketing actions and consumer demand changes, regularly output market and competitive product analysis reports, and provide support for terminal strategy optimization.
