Event/Exhibition Design and Resource Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>1. Design market promotion activities, liaise with venues/institutions/arts groups/public relations agencies to carry out related work, including the design and production of major visual and promotional items (such as booklets, websites, trailers, advertisements, etc.)</p><p>2. Assist in planning and coordinating activities, work with team members to develop activity schedules and agendas</p><p>3. Discuss temporary employment, volunteer and technical staff hiring terms, budget, contract terms, performance dates and venue arrangements, etc.</p><p>4. Maintain the activity budget and monitor expenses</p><p>5. Assist in preparing various reports</p><p>6. Search for potential sponsors whose goals align with the event, and prepare sponsorship proposals and presentations to attract sponsors</p><p>Requirements</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of large-scale event/exhibition industry resource management experience and 1 year of supervision experience</p><p>2. Hold a certificate in human resources management, event resource management, and exhibition design</p><p>3. Good computer and internet application skills, Chinese and English writing and communication skills</p><p>4. Have good organizational skills, be able to work independently and have management experience</p><p>5. Have strong cross-departmental coordination and stress resistance abilities, and be able to adapt to high-intensity overtime</p><p>6.
