Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's overall accounting and bookkeeping, including daily invoice processing, general ledger recording, detailed account management, and monthly closing operations.
- Timely complete value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc. various tax declarations and payment, ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with annual audits, sort and provide accounting vouchers, bank statements, and detailed statements of transactions required for audits.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, regularly reconcile with customers and suppliers, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain good business credit relationships.
Work requirements
- Have LCCI Level 3 or above accounting certification, familiar with international accounting standards and local tax laws.
- At least 2 years of comprehensive accounting practical experience, able to independently complete from the establishment of accounts, through accounts to the completion of the accounting cycle.
- Proficient in mainstream accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero or local commonly used systems), with basic Excel functions and data processing abilities.
- Careful and meticulous, with good logical thinking and numerical sensitivity, able to accurately identify abnormal accounts and correct them in a timely manner.
- Have basic Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to clearly write internal financial statements and meet the cross-department collaboration needs.
