[Job Responsibilities]
1. Market expansion and sales growth: Responsible for business development of green plant rental and display services in Hong Kong, developing new customers (such as office buildings, department stores, hotels, residential complexes), and completing annual sales targets.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration: Act as a key connecting point for the Hong Kong and Mainland (Foshan) operation, maintenance and farm teams, ensure accurate customer needs are communicated and high-quality services are delivered.
4. Market research and strategy: Collect Hong Kong market dynamics, competitor information, regularly submit market analysis reports, and assist in formulating localized marketing strategies.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, landscape gardening and other related professional preferences.
2. More than 3 years of sales or market expansion experience, those with green plants, gardens, property management, hotels or relevant To B service industry background are preferred.
3. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English as a working language.
4. Have excellent business negotiation, customer relationship management, and independent market development skills.
5. Result-oriented, able to withstand work pressure, and adapt to the business trip arrangement between Hong Kong and Guangdong.
