Services & Software Solution Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve digital service sales targets and lead the end-to-end bidding process, including preparing bid documents, designing service solutions, creating quotations, and drafting technical proposals.
• Handle daily service sales tasks including quotation review, order confirmation, and internal approval processes.
• Collect ICT service market trends and competitor insights (e.g., cloud computing, system operations and maintenance) to develop market strategy maps and regularly update and execute targeted sales strategies.
• Proactively identify potential client leads and convert opportunities into closed deals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• 3+ years in ICT service sales, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: 1) IT/IP integration 2) Storage/cloud/virtualization migration 3) System operations and maintenance 4) Wireless integration etc,.
• Familiar with the entire lifecycle of enterprise-level project operations and proven experience in industry-specific market sales and service delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and solution presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive projects.
• HCSE/HCSP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience in sales for large-scale ICT infrastructure integration or digital transformation projects is preferred.
