Senior Consultant

<ol> <li>Answer customer inquiries about hair transplantation, hair care, and scalp care, and design and customize beauty solutions for customers;<br>2. Manage customer appointments, schedule treatment times and frequencies;<br>3. Telephone and APP follow-up surveys to measure satisfaction, and timely record and feedback;<br>4. Sort customer information and assist customers in communicating with experts from the Shenzhen branch;<br>5. Manage customer general affairs (including follow-up visits, appointments, billing, re-examination, etc.), ensure customer service flow is smooth;<br>6. Company-arranged position-related work. </li> <li>Requirements:<br>1. More than 5 years of experience in beauty consulting or high-end customer service, those with professional hair transplant consulting and high-end customer service experience are preferred;<br>2. Have good service attitude and customer service skills, senior sales experience;<br>3. Accept the following working hours: daily two shifts: 10:00-18:00 or 12:00-20:00; monthly 6 days off, shift and break (including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays); able to accept short-term training in the mainland;</li> </ol> <p> </p>
