Assist for use of AI tools
Job Responsibilities
- Assist employees to familiarize and effectively use various artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to natural language processing, machine learning platforms and generative AI application programs
- Provide customized AI tool operation guidance and practical examples based on different department business needs, and improve team work efficiency and product quality
- Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for common usage issues to ensure AI tools are stable and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows
- Regularly collect user feedback and usage data, analyze tool suitability and improvement space, and propose optimization suggestions to the technical team
- Collaborate with training supervisors to plan and execute internal AI literacy courses, covering basic concepts, ethical issues, and practical hands-on exercises
Work requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in artificial intelligence-related fields, with backgrounds in information engineering, data science, human-computer interaction or language technology, etc., are particularly desirable
- Familiar with mainstream AI tools and platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.), and able to clearly explain their functional differences and applicable scenarios
- Have good communication and expression skills and teaching experience, and be able to translate technical concepts into non-technical language and step-by-step instructions that are easy for people to understand
- Preference will be given to those with basic Python or API integration experience; able to understand Prompt Engineering principles and guide others in writing effective prompts
- Prioritization of data privacy and AI ethics, familiar with the compliance points for AI use in a corporate environment, and able to assist in the development of internal use guidelines and risk management principles
