Responsible for packaging operations on the food production line, including product sorting, weighing, bagging, sealing, labeling, and loading into boxes, ensuring that the packaging process meets food safety and sanitation standards.
Operate automated or semi-automated packaging equipment according to production plans and packaging work instructions, and carry out daily simple maintenance and cleaning, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Strictly implement GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) related requirements, keep the work area clean and orderly, implement personal hygiene management, such as wearing hairnets, masks, gloves and overalls correctly.
Assist quality inspection personnel in conducting random inspections of packaged products, and verify whether the label information (including product name, weight, production date, expiration date, storage conditions, etc.) is accurate and correct.
Assist in completing daily production records, material consumption registration and packaging material issuance and return operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and support production statistics and traceability management.
Work requirements
Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card, no specific academic qualifications required, basic reading and writing abilities, able to understand Chinese packaging labels and work instructions.
Have good hand-eye coordination and stable concentration, be able to adapt to repetitive packaging actions, and achieve output standards within the specified time.
No infectious diseases, healthy condition suitable for food contact work, must comply with the regulations to undergo pre-employment and regular health checks.
Applicants with food factory, logistics center or manufacturing industry packaging work experience are preferred; those with no experience are also welcome to apply, as the company provides on-the-job training.
