-Your core task
1. Agent architecture design: Build an intelligent agent system with self-reflection (Reflection), planning (Planning), and tool use (Tool Use) abilities based on LangChain, LlamaIndex or native API.
2. Long-term and short-term memory management: Optimize vector databases (Pinecone/Milvus, etc.) and RAG architecture to solve knowledge retrieval accuracy problems in complex contexts.
3. Backend engineering: Responsible for high-performance API design, ensuring low latency and high reliability of AI workflows in production environments.
4. Full-stack iteration: Quickly convert AI capabilities into usable product features, leading from model optimization to front-end interaction in end-to-end development.

• AI deep reserve: * Proficient in LLM tuning skills, with practical Agent deployment experience (not just a chat box, but a system that can autonomously execute complex tasks).
• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, familiar with Function Calling, JSON Mode, etc. advanced usage.
• Understand the advantages and disadvantages of international mainstream models (GPT-5, Claude 4.6, Gemini 3.0 Pro) and their API features.
• Develop hard power:
Proficient in Node.js / Python / Go (at least one of them) and Flutter cross-platform development.
• Familiar with Docker containerization deployment and CI/CD, with experience in independently responsible for complex project architecture.
• Stay highly sensitive to cutting-edge AI research papers or open-source projects (such as AutoGPT, CrewAI).
