Job Description
Sales and Marketing Department Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of local and regional market promotion activities, including event preparation, material preparation, on-site support and effectiveness follow-up;
Responsible for daily sales data processing and preliminary analysis, preparing weekly and monthly reports and project briefs, and supporting management decision-making;
Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and complete contact information, and classify, screen, and export according to business needs;
Coordinate internal departments (such as design, public relations, and operations) and external partners (such as advertising agencies, media platforms), and push market projects to the ground;
Handle incoming calls, emails and on-site visitor inquiries, arrange meeting schedules, book venues and prepare meeting documents, and ensure smooth departmental administrative operations.
Work requirements
Have a college degree or above, marketing, business management, communication or related professional is preferred;
Those with 1 to 2 years of sales support, market assistant or administrative work experience, fresh graduates with internship experience and proactive learning attitude may also be considered;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (especially Excel data processing and PowerPoint presentation creation), with basic graphic editing or social platform operation experience as a plus;
Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to clearly write emails, copywriting and internal reports, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English can be basic work communication;
Careful and responsible, quick to react, able to plan priorities reasonably in parallel tasks, and with team spirit and stress resistance.
