Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Support sales and operations teams in handling daily administrative tasks, including file organization, system data updates, appointment coordination, etc. Collaborative work.
Actively participate in the on-the-job training arranged by the company, continuously learn product knowledge, service processes and internal system operations, and enhance business understanding and service quality.

Work requirements

Second 5 or above; fresh graduates and those with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
Have good Chinese reading and writing skills, be able to clearly express opinions, accurately understand customer needs, and patiently listen and respond.
Proficient in using smartphones, especially in operating WhatsApp for text communication and file transfer.
Positive and proactive attitude, sincere and polite, with basic sense of responsibility, service awareness, and team spirit.
Willing to undergo systematic training and cooperate with the company to arrange for application and obtain the professional license required by the relevant industry.
