Overseas fund operations manager

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the COO in handling the establishment, registration and application for overseas fund products, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Comprehensive execution of fund operation in all stages, covering fund accounting and valuation, payment of expenses, distribution of income, etc. daily operations.
• Handle investor subscription, redemption, etc. transaction instructions, verify fund and share changes, and ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of overseas private equity fund operations-related work experience, familiar with offshore structures and regulatory requirements, those who are familiar with offshore structures and regulatory requirements are preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, etc., Office office software, with good data processing and writing skills.
• Familiar with the entire fund operation process, including product establishment, accounting treatment, investor services and compliance application.
• Applicants with experience in using overseas operating systems (such as OMS, PMS) are preferred, with basic English reading and writing abilities to meet international communication needs.
