Order Fulfillment Supervisor（Siu Sai Bay）

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1.Coordinate with suppliers, customer and forwarders to handle inbound and outbound shipments. </p><p>2.Handle Tradelink declaration and I/E documents. </p><p>3.Maintain roster schedule to ensure adequate manpower for business needs, operation time window & client project requirements. </p><p>4.Provide accurate and timely reporting of daily performance with trend and issue analysis and forecast to the management. </p><p>5.Ensure smooth order processes & accurate order fulfillment with ERP system.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1.Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines</p><p>2.Min 2 Years of managerial experience within the related field is a plus..</p><p>3.Proficiency in MS Office (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) is essential.</p><p>4.Experience with ERP is an advantage.</p><p>5.Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.</p><p>6.Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (including Chinese typing) and English; Mandarin is MUST.</p><p>7. Immediate availability is highly preferred.</p>
