Job Description

Our valued clienthas been an overseas trading company for over 30 years.With theirnewly formed subsidiary, they'relooking for a high-calibre candidate to join theirgrowing team.

• Five-day work week
• One-month Performance-based bonus
• 14 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Convenient office location in TST

Responsibilities:

Handlefull sets of import and export documents
Coordinatewith freight forwarders for shipment schedules, transport arrangements, and rate negotiations
Communicatewith Sales Operations and vendors to ensure smooth order and shipment flow
Monitorshipments to ensure timely delivery
Preparemonthly shipping schedules, quotations, and sales performance reports
Managedata entry and filing for analysis
Supportad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in shipping operations
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• good command of English, Cantoneseand Mandarin
• A positive, responsible team player with strong problem-solving abilities
