Sales Assistant

Job Description

Main responsibilities

1. Sales support

• Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotations, contracts and other sales documents.
• Follow up on order process, including input, tracking, logistics coordination and delivery status update.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, data analysis, and internal reporting materials.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain and update customer information to ensure CRM system data accuracy.
• Coordinate handling customer needs and internal communication with relevant departments, including pre-sales and after-sales support.

3. Administrative and internal affairs work

• Organize sales materials, archive contract documents, and maintain document management standards.
• Assist the department in meeting arrangements, minutes preparation and daily administrative support.
• Assist in organizing company exhibitions, promotion activities, etc. marketing affairs (if applicable).

Job Requirements

Educational background

• College degree or above, business, marketing, administration or related fields are preferred.

Work experience

• 1–3 year sales assistant or administrative support position experience, with fast-moving consumer goods, retail, technology or related industry experience is preferred.
• Welcome excellent fresh graduates to apply (if applicable).

Skill requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Have good data processing and document management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred (such as Salesforce / HubSpot, etc.).

Language requirements

• Good Chinese and English communication skills; familiar with Cantonese is preferred.

Soft skills

• Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
• Active and proactive, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
