Airport Picking and Loading Position

Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Responsible for goods identification and classification in the airport cargo sorting area, ensuring that goods are correctly sorted according to their destination, flight number, and priority.</li> <li>Operate manual or semi-automated sorting equipment, including scanners, conveyor belt systems, etc., to improve sorting efficiency and accuracy.</li> <li>Communicate with ground staff, logistics coordinators and airline representatives to ensure that air cargo documents and actual goods information are consistent.</li> <li>Regularly check the integrity of goods packaging, and report any damage or abnormality to the supervisor immediately and record it.</li> <li>Follow airport safety procedures and operations to ensure a clean and orderly work area, prevent blocking of passageways or affecting flight operations.</li> </ul> <br> Work requirements <ul> <li>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, those who can understand simple English markings are preferred.</li> <li>No need for relevant experience, the company provides on-the-job training; those with logistics, warehouse or airport operation experience are preferred.</li> <li>Good physical condition, able to adapt to long periods of standing, bending and moving goods weighing no more than 20 kg.</li> <li>Work attitude is serious, attention to details, and able to maintain focus and efficiency under high pressure.</li> <li>Must work shifts, including night shifts, public holidays, and weekends, to meet the 24-hour operation needs of the airport.</li> </ul> <br> Benefits <ul> <li>Provide competitive hourly wages and overtime compensation, with an extra allowance for night shifts.</li> <li>Enjoy statutory holiday pay and, based on service years, annual leave and sick leave.</li> <li>Provide comprehensive accident insurance and medical coverage to eligible employees.</li> <li>Provide free or subsidized occupational safety training courses to help employees obtain airport passes and related certifications.</li> <li>Outstanding performers have promotion opportunities, and can be transferred to logistics management, dispatch and coordination or other airport operations positions.</li> </ul>
