Job Description

Job Overview |

This position is responsible for pushing digital advertising, e-commerce performance, and search exposure for multiple international fashion and lifestyle brands (including STAND OIL, HETRAS, and KODAK APPAREL). You will be fully responsible for paid media execution, online store operational preparation, and proactively initiating SEO and GEO (generative search optimization) work to enhance overall traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance.

This is a highly practical, results-oriented position with clear responsibilities and quantifiable business impact.

Main responsibilities |

Digital advertising, SEO, and performance management

→ Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (including Meta Ads, Google Ads and other suitable platforms)

→ Full control over advertising and market promotion budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and achieving the ideal investment return

→ Continuous monitoring and optimization of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue performance

→ Collaborate with creative teams to test different creative materials, audiences, and budget configurations

→ Actively initiate and manage SEO and GEO work, enhance website and content exposure in search engines and AI search environments

→ Ensure tracking systems and data accuracy (including pixel, event, and analysis tools)

→ Regularly submit monthly performance, budget, and optimization recommendations to the company and brand

E-commerce execution and website preparation

→ Manage the Shopify backend, including products, collections, promotion settings, and pages

→ Ensure the website is fully prepared for all promotional, new product, and event activities

→ Support basic conversion rate optimization and sales process improvement

→ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure inventory and delivery arrangements are consistent with the promotion plan

Budget planning and cross-team collaboration

→ Plan and manage monthly advertising and overall market promotion budget according to business priorities

→ Work closely with designers and content teams to ensure ad materials can be executed immediately

→ Align with market promotion and planning responsible person on schedule, priority and resource allocation

→ Effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders, including brand owners, internal teams and retail front-line personnel, to ensure the smooth execution of social media plans, performance results, budget utilization and follow-up actions

Market promotion support, activities

→ Under guidance, support overall market promotion planning and activity coordination

→ Assist in the planning and execution of market activities, including timelines, materials and process coordination

→ Collaborate with PR colleagues to support KOL/Influencer promotion activities (such as coordination, tracking and effectiveness)

→ Assist in integrating different teams’ market data, schedules and execution lists

Position requirements |

→ Market promotion, e-commerce, business or related discipline diploma or above

→ 3–6 years of digital advertising or e-commerce related practical experience

→ Have solid experience in managing paid ads, especially familiar with Meta Ads

→ Have practical experience in operating the Shopify backend

→ Sensitive to data, able to analyze and interpret performance numbers with ease

→ Able to integrate clear results and activity reports, and make a report and explanation to international brand partners

→ Organized and proactive, able to handle multiple promotion projects simultaneously

→ Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English

→ Communicate with confidence, and be able to cooperate with objects of different levels and backgrounds
