Construction Supervisor (Architecture)

<div>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for the overall management of the construction site, ensuring that the building and mechanical and electrical engineering are carried out according to plan and meet the relevant standards. <br>2. Coordinate the cooperation between various professional and technical disciplines, including architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering and other related fields, to ensure the smooth progress of the project. <br>3. Familiar and follow the document requirements and regulations of the Building Authority, ensure that all construction activities comply with local laws and regulations. <br>4. Evaluate and control potential risks in the construction process, and develop corresponding preventive measures to reduce project risks.<br>5. Regularly report to the supervisor or customer on the progress and problems of the project, provide solutions and promote rapid problem resolution.<br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Have more than five years of site management experience with general contractors, familiar with building and mechanical and electrical engineering coordination processes. <br>2. Have in-depth understanding of the relevant documents and requirements of the Building Department, and be able to handle related administrative affairs and technical issues independently. <br>3. Have excellent communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate multiple resources to complete tasks. <br>4. Proficient in construction risk management skills, able to identify and properly handle factors that may affect project progress or quality. <br>5. Hold relevant professional qualifications (such as construction safety card) will be given priority, with good English or Cantonese communication skills.</div>
