<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Equipment maintenance: Daily check the operating state of the claw machine (claw tightness, payment function, lighting and sound effects, etc.), timely replenish prizes and reasonably place them; handle card coin, equipment failure, etc. complex failures need to be reported and posted in a timely manner. </p><p>2. Customer service: Proactively answer customer operation and payment questions, guide novice customers; Assist in handling failed pick-up, gift card freezes, etc., provide reasonable solutions, and ensure a smooth consumption experience.</p><p>3. On-site management: Maintain the machine's surroundings clean, and promptly clear away garbage and scattered coins; supervise on-site order, prohibit shaking the machine, illegal operations, etc. behaviors, and pay attention to the safety of children, the elderly, etc. special groups.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Education and experience: High school education or above, 18-35 years old, with or without relevant experience, fresh graduates or part-time students are also welcome (must be able to accommodate the store's operating hours).</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>5.
