A. Recruitment position
Investment and Financing Department Capital Operation Position (2 to 4 people)
[Job Responsibilities]:
1. Implement and execute relevant capital operation policies, laws and regulations, as well as the company's relevant management systems and standards.
2. Responsible for conducting a feasibility study on the Hong Kong company and coordinating the listing of its subsidiaries, as well as formulating and implementing the overall listing plan.
4. Responsible for researching and establishing a fund company in Hong Kong, investing in project through the fund company, and managing funds related work.
5. Responsible for overseas project development and financing industry work, formulate and implement project financing plans, etc.
6. Responsible for capital market dynamics and policy research.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
II. Work location
Hong Kong (depending on work needs, travel to Mainland China and overseas project sites)
Three. Qualifications
(1) Basic conditions
1. Legally employable social person in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (no need for company assistance in obtaining or renewing a Hong Kong work visa).
2. Recognize and follow the Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. corporate culture.
4. No relatives with marital, blood, or collateral relationships within three generations or close in-laws are working at Nansha International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated units.
(2) Position employment conditions
Investment and Financing Department Capital Operation Position (2 to 4 people)
[Job Requirements]:
1. Work experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with investment bank or brokerage firm work experience will be given priority.
2. Ability requirements: Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and English can be used as a working language.
3. Other requirements: Adapt to overseas business trips.
[Qualifications]:
1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Professional requirements: Finance, economics, accounting, etc. related professional.
