Administrative driver
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the transportation and delivery of high-level company executives or important documents and items, ensuring safe and timely travel.
Execute daily attendance tasks along specified routes and times, including domestic and international official transportation, document delivery, express logistics, etc. related driving positions.
Regularly check the vehicle condition, keep the vehicle clean and well maintained, and cooperate with the completion of maintenance, repair and fuel supply.
Assist in handling office administrative work, such as mail reception and delivery, procurement of supplies, file signature and other administrative support matters.
Follow traffic regulations and company vehicle management rules to ensure safe and compliant driving behavior.
Record daily driving logs, submit relevant reports or receipts, and cooperate with the administrative department for vehicle usage management.
Work requirements
Have a good driving record, no major traffic violations or accident history.
Have basic Chinese reading and writing skills, and be able to clearly fill out vehicle records and transfer documents.
Work attitude is serious and stable, punctual and responsible, and service awareness and professional ethics are required.
Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including early departure and late return or temporary reassignment of tasks.
Basic computer skills are highly desirable, as they can assist with handling simple administrative or electronic record-keeping tasks.
Applicants with relevant administrative support or logistics delivery experience will be given priority.
