Duties:
1. Actively expand Hong Kong's potential customer resources through overseas social media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, Ins, etc.);
2. Independently research target customer information, combine keywords, position, industry, etc. to build a precise customer profile (ICP);
3. Write and optimize English/Cantonese touch-up messages to improve first-round response rates and appointment conversion rates;
4. Schedule sales meetings (demo / consultation) to support the conversion of business opportunities;
5. Collect customer feedback, assist market and product optimization in acquiring customer strategies and sales pitches.
Requirements:
1. Have at least one year of experience in the same position in B-end SaaS;
2. Good English and Cantonese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with additional points for other language abilities;
3. Familiar and good at customer contact through overseas social media platforms;
4. Strong proactive attitude, able to independently search and organize customer information, with a certain degree of data sensitivity and analysis ability;
5. Good at communication, strong execution ability, good stress resistance, and willing to accept challenges and have a goal-oriented awareness.
