Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Comprehensive planning and coordination of after-school center operations, including teaching schedule, teacher staffing, classroom resource planning, and administrative process standardization, to ensure stable service quality and efficient operation.
Responsible for centralized financial management, compiling monthly profit and loss statements (P&L), cash flow forecasts and cost analysis reports, reviewing procurement, salaries and operating expenses, and continuously optimizing cost structures to improve net profit margins.
Establish and maintain a parent communication mechanism, handle complaints and case coordination in real time, regularly compile service satisfaction data, and drive service process improvement.
Ensure the center fully complies with the Education Bureau and other relevant regulations, including teacher qualification review, course registration, fire safety, personal data privacy ordinance (PDPO) compliance, and emergency response plan execution.

Work requirements

Have more than 5 years of high-level operational management experience in education institutions or chain service industries, those who have actual management achievements in cram schools, K12 education centers or training institutions are preferred.
Have excellent cross-departmental collaboration and team leadership skills, able to effectively motivate teaching and administrative teams, and establish a service culture centered on student learning outcomes and parent trust.
