Regularly maintain dormitory facilities to ensure their safety and normal operation. In the maintenance process, cleaning, disassembly, fault elimination, mechanical maintenance, reassembly, and running tests are required.
Monitor and follow up on maintenance orders to ensure high standard delivery
Constantly maintain the factory's safety and tidiness, the normal operation of equipment and machinery, and carry out preventive maintenance
Requirements:
3 years or more of hotel or building maintenance and repair experience
Good Cantonese and Mandarin
Preference will be given to those with valid electrician A-level certification
