Duties:
Training design and delivery
l Design and optimize training courses based on Hong Kong insurance business needs, including but not limited to product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, and compliance requirements.
l Responsible for the implementation of online and offline training, ensuring that the training content is clear, professional and meets the business requirements.
Product demonstration and support
l In-depth understanding of Hong Kong insurance products (such as life insurance, medical insurance, investment-linked insurance, etc.), design systemized training courses, covering product structure, advantage analysis, cross-border tax planning, case analysis, sales rhetoric and tool kit, and provide product demonstrations and special lectures to customers or internal employees.
Team capability improvement
l Regularly evaluate sales team training needs, develop targeted training plans, and enhance team professional skills and performance.
l Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback and make improvements to ensure training results are implemented.
Industry trends and compliance monitoring
l Follow up on the latest product dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory policy changes in the Hong Kong insurance market, and integrate relevant information into training content.
l Ensure that the training content and methods meet the compliance requirements of the Hong Kong insurance industry.
Requirements:
Educational background
Bachelor's degree or above, finance, insurance, economics or related professional background is preferred.
Work experience
l More than 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience, familiar with the Hong Kong insurance market and products.
Professional knowledge and skills
l Proficient in Hong Kong insurance products, with in-depth understanding of life insurance, medical insurance and investment-related products.
l Excellent presentation and course design skills, able to transform complex product information into easily understandable content.
l Familiar with adult learning theory and training methods, and able to flexibly apply interactive teaching tools.
Communication and expression skills
l Good Chinese writing and Mandarin speaking skills, able to conduct professional exchanges and training in fluent Mandarin.
l Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate efficiently with different departments and teams.
Other requirements
l Self-motivated, with good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and work pressure.
l Holding relevant insurance licenses is preferred
